Buying a house is a big task and there are a lot of moving pieces, from financing to analyzing the market, going to open houses, performing inspection, reviewing strata report, negotiations, etc. Its very easy to get overwhelmed and emotional with the process. With Dan everything flows smoothly, there's a clear strategy and outlined tactics. You are not guessing, you are going through a proven process from start to end that make sure nothing is missed. He takes care of you from going with you to the open houses to helping you analyzing the strata report, negotiating with the seller and connecting you with the right experts for financing, house inspection, insurance, contractors and legal. He is also very patient and responsive, he is not one of those realtor that would pass you off because he is some big shot where you only meet in the first meeting.
