    I selected Dan out of a group of agents which I had screened carefully. Selling a home is a very serious task and I wanted to make sure we were in good hands. I was really impressed with Dan's track record - selling most of his homes within 2-3 weeks of listing. I wasn't expecting the best case results, but surprisingly we also sold our home in 2 weeks.. a great relief. Dan was extremely responsive at all times while working with him and made things very easy, Providing a clear plan to get the home prepared which, in our case, didn't require a lot of manual labour considering the property would be renovated anyways.
